Monday morning Ladies Weights only from 9am to 9:30am. A 30 minute workout in a small group enviroment. A program designed specifically for women to maintain muscle and tone throughout menapause and preventing osteoporosis 'brittle bones',Arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis, just naming a few disease that we may all succumb to as we age. Preventing them or maintenance is the way to go.

Three sessions for the price of only $20.00. Our goal is to help you achieve your optimum health and lifestyle. Numbers are limited and bookings are essential to this popular session.


Wednesday evening Mens and Partners Weights from 7:30pm till 8:45pm. Programs are designed around strength gain, muscle bulk, definition and core. It is a small group training enviroment, so beginners and children from 12 years onwards are welcome.

With programs written every 6 weeks specialising in specific areas of the body you can only improve.

Each program introduces all variations to challenge your body each week.
