The best thing about the reformer is its versatility.

The reformers are based around Joseph Pilates method of Pilates, by adding resistance or lessening resistance. This awesome 60 minute workout is an all over body workout. You decide how hard you wish to work by adjusting the spring load.

Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, or standing making it ideal for anybody with an injury to be able to exercise.

The exercises are done to promote length, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This leads to posture, graceful efficient movement and strength gain without muscle bulk. The muscles of the core are paramount to building strength in the abdominals, back, buttocks and thighs.

There are many reformer exercises, including those for the first-time beginner to exercises that challenge the most advanced sports professionals.

You will be under guidance from your Personal Trainer at all times.

All equipment is supplied from hand towels to your own lockers for shoes and personal belongings. Socks is the best way to work out

  • Total Reformer class
    60 minutes of pure Reformer workout
    $25 per class
  • Cardio & Reformer class
    30 minutes Cardio vascular training followed by 30 minutes of pure Reformer workout
    $18 per session

Numbers are limited to ten people
