Pilates is the perfect rehabilitation for back pain or coming back from a serious injury or just wanting to improve your core and posture.

This is one of the Studio's most popular classes, with eight Pilate clases on offer, I'm sure you will find a day and time that suits you.

Limited to 12 people only, so bookings are essential and personal attention is always on hand.

Mats, pilates equipment, water and handtowels are supplied.
