Group Personal Training is a 60 minutes of cardio training, strength training, balance and flexibility. Get stronger, healthier and toner whilst working in a small group of people who have different goals in life, but our specialty is knowning that each client that comes in will be personally trained in their specific goal.

This is what makes Group Personal Training popular, quarter the price of a 60 minute Personal Training session.

All of these classes require pre-arranged bookings, by doing this our classes remain small and private. So please ensure you have arranged your personal space so not to be disappointed in classes being booked out.

Handtowels, water and heart rate monitors are supplied with a fresh crunchy apple at the end of your work out.
